I have some of those as saved searches for quick reporting.
Most of the time, these are removed in the first 3 minutes. If they only get 1 person calling, then the copy/paste has done its job, and that's what they are hoping for. It's just spambots or people with no life.
Report them every time, it's spam and promotes pimping, and it is against the Y!A guidelines. They help people become top reporters, though.
No. They are actually misusing YA as an advertising medium for illegal activities. You can also see that these questions won't stay there for long because it will get reported soon. And if we click the asker's profile, it won't be there saying it has been suspended. But on the very next day, they'll create a new account and start spam again. These are not real people posting them, they are spambots.
All you can do is click Report Abuse every time you see them and they will be removed. Click "I believe this is illegal" instead of the "chat, rant, spam.." box as this is promoting illegal activity by pimping on Y!A and they remove illegal activity faster than just spam
I've seen those ads countless times, and I've reported them countless times - if there was no money to be made with those spambot questions and answers, they wouldn't get posted again and again. The "Spam Battle Thread" on the Suggestion Board is aware of the problem and we co-ordinate our efforts in getting rid of those fake accounts as soon as they pop up...:-(

I think the answers are no, no and no.
If people look for an escort service, they will google or go through the yellow pages.
I think that clientele is not the reason for the spam. Maybe they want us to realise that there's escortservices even in india, or want us to think that these are normal.
Maybe they just want to make our lives miserable (type in arab6 indosex hispanic woman netherlands only way to have a full joy at http://groups.yahoo.com/ and you'll see what I mean).
