Has anyone experienced a significant reduction in spam ?

I have noticed a large reduction in the amount of spam sent to my btinternet mailbox over the last few weeks.

Is this a widespread phenomenon and, if so, what is the reason for it?Has anyone experienced a significant reduction in spam ?
Yes there was something in the news a few days ago that a couple of the big servers that spammer's used were shut down. It was in the US where most of it comes from.

Yes, I noticed that too. My Yahoo mailbox has MUCH less spam now than it had a few months earlier.
Happy New Year!!! Your email address is in there system for up to a year. Usually happens the first part of the year. People left me alot of money in Africa, but I'm to lazy to collect it and I won A ton of money in foreign countries. LOLHas anyone experienced a significant reduction in spam ?
i haven't received much so far this year, it has dropped by at least 75%
I get about a dozen companies a day trying to sell me viagra, is it because I'm 66? don't they know I'm Welsh?!!!
