I have rebooted and run antivirus. It is still sending out spam and pop-ups from Symantec are covering my screen.My computer has been hijacked and is sending out spam. What can I do?
Restart in Safe Mode and run a virus and spyware scan
or disable your network and run the scan
or open your firewall software and block port 25 temporarily to get a scan done
