Does anyone really buy products from those spam emails?

I get so much spam in my inbox from people wanting me to buy viagra, watches and other junk. What is the point in these emails? Is there anyone who has actually bought stuff from these emails?Does anyone really buy products from those spam emails?
All it takes is one idiot out of 10,000 to respond to the fake ad and the fake company can get the money. 5,000,000 spams sent out, then 500 response. At $50 a hit, you've made $25,000 at no cost to you.

There are those teenage boys who think they need fake Viagra etc.
