What e-mails do not end up being received in someone elses spam?

I use hotmail and if the receiver doesn't have me added as a contact the e-mail ends up in their spam/junk folder. What is the best e-mail I could use.. where this doesn't happen?

No matter which mail service is used, the owner of the account sets the way the spam filter is used.

They are almost always in under the 'mail options' somewhere.

In yahoo: look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it
