A comment might be flagged as spam by users as far as I know. It doesn't necessarily mean anything specific, it just means that the comment was either unrelated to the video (an advertisement of some sort), or a comment that was innapropriate or was literally a spammed comment, i.e. posted more the once for no reason.What does it mean when a youtube comment is flagged as spam?
Spam is unwanted advertisements on a web page. youtube bots thinks your advertising and flagged it.
