How do I remove emails addresses off my spam mail list?

My spam automatically filters anything that it "suspects" to be spam, unfortunately anything I receive from University of Virginia is considered "spam" and I want that to come to my inbox. I know how to remove email addresses off the spam watch that I marked as spam, but how do you remove off what my account "suspects" as spam mail???How do I remove emails addresses off my spam mail list?
If you find the email in your spam folder just open it up.. when you do this NOT SPAM will appear above the text area...Click on that and any subsequent email from this person will go to your inbox.

Best way to do this is to have that person send you an email so you know when to check your spam folder.

If you can't accomplish that click on OPTIONS (upper right on your email page) then MAIL OPTIONS...go to the left side of the screen and click on SPAM. Once in go to the BLOCKED EMAIL ADDRESSES box and find his address. They are in alphabetical order. Once you find it just click on it which will hilight it. Then click on REMOVE...then go above and click on SAVE CHANGES...that should do it....good luckHow do I remove emails addresses off my spam mail list?
Go into the 'spam' folder and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the 'Not spam' button and it will be returned to your in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.

Also, make sure that address is in your address book, as it helps to ensure that address as a "safe" one.
