How do I know if Spam (the canned meat not junk mail) is bad?

I opened a can of Spam 2 weeks ago, put it in a bowl and covered it with seran wrap. Obviously I forgot all about it. I just found it and dont want to waste it if I dont have to. It smells ok and I seen no green. What do you think?How do I know if Spam (the canned meat not junk mail) is bad?
if it was in the fridge the whole time it should be fine. spam can last years on the shelf

Mash it up in the bowl add any left overs you have in the fridge then cover with some mixed Gravox (gravy mix). Once all this is gone and it looks good enough to eat, FEED IT TO YOUR DOG.

I would throw it out or feed it to your dog ( if you have one ) if you want some spam go out and get some fresh.
it will be okay to eat because spam has a lot of preservatives, so it wont easily go bad.

It's better to be safe than sorry over a can of Spam.

Purchase a new can.
Throw it out and DON'T feed it to your dog. the dog will get sick just like you.
Its been in the refrigerator too long, go ahead and throw it out. I wouldn't try and eat it at this point.
