What do i do so that all the spam coming is stopped forever?

I already get 150 spam a day.What do i do such that i dont get any spam?What do i do so that all the spam coming is stopped forever?
Open a new e-mail account and only give your e-mail address to people you know. You can also give your e-mail address to companies you know that are realible and won't send you spam. When in doubt, do NOT give your new e-mail address out. Keep your old e-mail address for junk mail and to sign-up for sites you don't know or think they are not realible.
