I received a text last week saying that my yahoo password was changed, and I went and changed it again, and now a couple of people told me today that they received a spam email from me twice this past week, but I never did? How can I make sure that it doesn't happen again? Also what is a good "free" anti-virus that I can use for my computer. I downloaded this week AVG, is this good enough?
Thanks! How I can stop my email from sending SPAM to others?
AVG is excellent. Update it and run a scan regularly.
You might not be infected. The spam could be coming from someone who has you in their address book.

AVG Free is the excellent anti-virus software but it is not enough for that you need a better for your computer like Internet Security, Anti Mal-ware, and Firewall..
I think the Quick Heal is the best for it.
just try it.
Make sure to check over ever detail of your e-mail, and change it.
